Section 4(2)(a) in The Bihar Swetambar Jain Religious Trusts Rules, 1955

(a)The electoral roll in respect of the election of the members under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 8 shall be prepared in Hindi in Devanagari script by the President on the basis of the Register of trusts maintained by him under Section 34.
