1. Vide the present applications, the petitioner seeks permission to furnish a bank guarantee dated 14.10.2020 for a sum of Rs.3,19,89,024/- and to deposit a further sum of Rs. 3,19,89,024/- by way of a demand draft. Both the bank guarantee and the demand draft are dated 14.10.2020 and are drawn on State Bank of India.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said bank guarantee and the demand draft are sought to be filed in order to enable the petitioner to comply with the order dated 04.09.2020 passed by this Court.
3. Issue notice. Mr. Buttan, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and does not oppose the applications.
4. The applications are, accordingly, allowed. The petitioner is permitted to furnish the bank guarantee dated 14.10.2020 for a sum of Rs.3,19,89,024/- and also deposit a demand draft for Rs.3,19,89,024/-, with the Registrar General of this Court, within a period of one week.
5. The applications are, accordingly, disposed of.
