3. Payment by Trader.
- A trader who transacts with a farmer in farmers' produce in the trade area under section 4, shall make payment for traded scheduled farmers' produce on the same day or within maximum three working days if procedurally so required, subject to the condition that the receipt of delivery as in Form -1 shall be given to the farmer on the same day.
