Section 1 in The Central Provinces Court of Wards Act, 1899
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Central Provinces Court of Wards Act, 1899;(2)It extends to [the area comprised within the districts of Nagpur, Wardha, Chanda and Bhandara] [Substituted by A. O., 1956.]; and(3)It shall come into force at once.
