                                   ORDER

FACTS:

The Complainant vide his RTI application sought information on 08 points regarding the number of reserve orders pending with each of the member of the CESTAT, posted at New Delhi as on 31.12.2016 and 15.04.2017, and the details of the reserve orders pending as on the date of providing information and issues related thereto.
The CPIO vide its letter dated 12.04.2017 forwarded the matters u/s 6(3) and 5(4) read with section 5(5) of the RTI Act to the deemed CPIO with request to provide correct and Para wise information/inspection on or before 26.04.2017, directly to the Complainant. Dissatisfied with the response, the Complainant approached the FAA. The FAA order is not on the record of the Commission.
