Information sought:
The Complainant in 7 points sought information about construction of buildings in the village of Dud line to Aberdeen, Port Blair Municipal Area and Dud Line to School line with setback area of 0 to 10 meter from main road.
Grounds for the Complaint:
The CPIO has not provided the desired information.1

Respondent: Salman Khan, Lower Grade Clerk & Rep. of PIO, O/o Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman, Port Blair, A & N Islands present through VC.
Rep. of PIO submitted that the RTI Application was transferred to Tehsildar, Port Blair on 15.05.2018.
Decision Complainant has not availed the opportunity to appear before the Commission, hence it is not possible to ascertain, if any reply has been provided to the Complainant by Tehsildar, Port Blair. With the above observations, Commission closes the case.
The Complaint is disposed of accordingly.
