Section 3(c) in Bihar Centenary Journalism Award Rules, 2012
(c)Gulam Sarwar Award- Recognizing their important achievements, this award will be conferred to one of those electronic or print media journalists whose news/articles/analysis in Urdu are related to the social, economic, educational development of the state and upliftment of women, minorities and deprived classes of Bihar. A sum of one lakh, along with an Angvastram and a citation will be granted under this award.
