Section 8(1) in Rajasthan Enterprises Single Window Enabling and Clearance Act, 2011
(1)The Government shall be competent to prescribe an application form, either in physical or electronic format, which may consist of-(a)forms under Central laws ; and(b)existing forms or new forms in lieu of existing forms or modified forms under Rajasthan laws.
