4. Suits against a member of a Scheduled Tribe to be instituted in the Agency Courts.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any enactment, rule or law inforce in the Agency tracts, every suit against a member of a Scheduled Tribe instituted after the commencement of this Regulation shall be instituted only in the Court having jurisdiction over the Agency tracts.
