(1)The Technical Committee shall be consist of the following, namely: -

(a) Chief/Senior Electrical Inspector (HoD)	- Chairperson
(b) Electrical Inspector/Assistant ElectricalInspector	- Member Secretary
(c) Principal, Industrial Training Institute,nominated by the Government	- Member
(d) An officer having degree in ElectricalEngineering working underEnergy Department as representative ofthe Government nominated by the Secretary, Energy Department	- Member
(e) An officer having degree in ElectricalEngineering nominated by the DirectorGeneral of Mines SafetyGovernment of India. (Presence required in case of discussiononthe matters related to mines only)	- Member
