Section 13(5) in The Orissa Secretariat Service Rules, 1980
(5)Upon reversion in pursuance of Sub-rule (4) the officer shall occupy the same position in the lower service, grade or post which would have occupied but for his promotion.Note - Reversions in pursuance of Sub-rules (4) and (5) of this rule shall be deemed to be reversions under Explanation (d) below Rule 13 of the Orissa Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1962.
