Section 4(1) in The M.P. Khadi Tatha Gramodyog Adhiniyam, 1978
(1)With effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf there shall be established for the purposes of this Act, a Board by the name of the Madhya Pradesh [Khadi and Gramodyog Board] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 25 of 1979 (w.e.f. 22-6-1979).].
