Section 11(3) in Gujarat Panchayats (Amendment) Act, 1962
(3)in sub-section (3) for the words "such officer as the Taluka Development Officer may authorise" the, words "the Taluka Development Officer or such other officer as lie may authorise" shall be substituted.
