Section 53(22)(i) in Jammu and Kashmir Co-operative Societies Rules, 2001

(i)Any deficiency of price which may occur on a resale held under clause (j) of sub-rule (ii) by reason of the purchasers' default and all expenses incurred on such resale shall be certified by the sale officer to the recovery officer and shall, at the instance of either decree-holder or the defaulter, be recoverable from the defaulting purchaser under the provisions of this rule. The costs, if any incidental to such recovery shall also be borne by the defaulting purchaser.
