Section 5(2) in Chhattisgarh Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Act, 2015
(2)The Registrar shall be the Secretary and the Executive Officer of the Council and shall attend all meetings of the Council, keep minutes of the meetings and names of members present.
