In cases tried summarily, the A file should contain only the form of summary trial kept under section 263 or 264 of the Criminal Procedure Code, and whatever else the Court may record under the provisions of these Sections; and all other papers connected with the trial, should be placed in the B file. In the absence of express orders to the contrary, the A file alone should be forwarded to a Court of Appeal, or Revision. In the case of such records, no title-page, table of contents, or order-sheet need be prepared.Miscellaneous Inquiries.
