73. Definition of "canal" for purposes of sections 71 and 72.
- In sections 71 and 72 the word 'canal' shall (unless there be something repugnant in the subject or context) be deemed to include also all lands occupied for the purposes of canals and all buildings, machinery, fences, gates and other erections, trees, crops, plantations or other produce upon such lands.
