8 08-07-2014All these applications are admitted for final hearing.
The Corporation, if it requires to file any separate counter affidavit in these cases, it can do so in a period of eight Patna High Court CWJC No.2419 of 2013 (8) dt.08-07-2014 9 days or in the alternative adopt any other counter affidavit filed earlier in the main writ application, C.W.J.C. No. 13746 of 2013 by serving a copy thereof on the learned counsel for the petitioners within the same period of eight days.
The preliminary objection of the respondents with regard to maintainability of the writ applications on account of the parties being bound by an agreement containing arbitration clause shall be gone into at the time of hearing of these cases.
Put up these cases along with C.W.J.C. No. 13746/2013 and its analogous admitted cases on 17th July, 2014 at the top of the list under the heading 'for Hearing' at 10.30 A.M. Let a copy of this order be given to Mr. Pradhan, learned Senior counsel for its effective compliance.
