Section 2(11) in Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959
(11)"Commissioner of Division" with reference to a City means the Commissioner of the Division in which the City is situated and includes any Additional Commissioner to whom the Commissioner of the Division has delegated his functions under this Act;[(11-A) "Corporation" or "Municipal Corporation" means the Municipal Corporation constituted for a city under sub-clause (c) of clause (1) of Article 243-Q of the constitution;] [Inserted by U.P.
