04/ 19.08.2011In compliance of the order of the High Court dated 8.9.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4603 of 1999, Annexure-1, the request of the petitioners for regularization in the service of the Bihar School Examination Board (hereinafter referred to as the Board) has been rejected under order bearing Memo No. 538 dated 22.1.2011 holding that at the time of their initial engagement neither reservation policy was followed nor the Board has adopted the resolution of the Government to regularize the services of the daily wage earners.
In view of the decision taken by the Board, the contempt petition is disposed of, however, granting the petitioners liberty to challenge the order bearing Memo No. 538 dated 22.1.2011.
