Section 12(1) in Himachal Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) and Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2015
(1)The minimum area granted for mining lease in river bed shall not be less than two hectares and not more than one hundred hectares for mineral based industry.
