Section 20 in State Bank of India Employees Pension Fund Regulations, 2014
20. Reckoning of service for pension.
- Save as provided in regulation 21, with effect from the 1st November, 1993, service rendered by an employee or member from the date of his admission to the Fund up to the date of retirement in terms of regulation 22 from the Bank's service shall be reckoned as service for pension.
