Section 86 in The Karnataka State Universities Act, 2000
86. Repeal and Savings.
- The Karnataka State Universities Act, 1976 (Karnataka Act 28 of 1976) is hereby repealed:Provided that the provisions of section 6 of the Karnataka General Clauses Act, 1899 shall be applicable in respect of the repeal of the said enactment and the provisions of the said law and sections 8 and 24 of the said Act shall be applicable as if the said enactment and provisions had been repealed and re-enacted by this Act.
