(3)All proceedings of the Board shall be authenticated by the signature of the Chairman/Member-Secretary and all other orders and other instruments issued by the Board shall be authenticated by the Signature of the Chairman/Member-Secretary or such other officer of the Board as may be authorised in this behalf by regulation.
