Section 20(1) in The Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Assam Rules, 1991
(1)The Board shall form such committee or committees consisting of its members and also non-official experts or persons as may be necessary to help its efficient working or for specific purposes and periods as may be felt necessary.
