Section 49 in SRI JAGADHGURU MURUGARAJENDRA UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
49. General Fund.-(1) The University shall establish a General Fund to which
the following amount shall be credited, namely:-(i)all fees which may be charged by the University;(ii)all sums received from any other source not prohibited by any law for thetime being in force;(iii)all contributions made by the University; and(iv)all contributions or donations made in this behalf by any other person orbody which are not prohibited by any law for the time being in force.(2)The funds credited to the General Fund shall be applied to meet all therecurring expenditure of the University.
