Section 162(2) in Andhra Pradesh Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems (conduct of Elections) Rules, 2003
(2)If Election Tribunal declares the election of the returned candidate or candidates void he shall further pass an order either.(a)declaring that any other party to the petition who has under these Rules claimed the seat has been duly elected:or(b)order a fresh election.
