                         UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                              O R D E R

We have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the relevant materials.

We do not find any legal and good ground for interference. The special leave petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioner is granted six months time to vacate and hand over the suit premises to the respondents subject to his furnishing usual undertaking before this Court within four weeks from today, stating that the petitioner will not create any third party rights, will clear all the rent/arrear, if any, in the meanwhile and will peacefully vacate the premises concerned by 31st May, 2019.

Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
