Section 38 in The Bombay Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958
38. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Controller, or any Deputy or Assistant Controller of Weights and Measures or any Inspector or any other person, in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done, in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
