Heard on I.A. No. 3710/2020 an application seeking delinking the matter from the other connected matters in which the arguments were heard and judgment reserved on 13.03.2020. It is stated by the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner that the issue involved herein is all together different from the one in which judgment is reserved. However, the same could not be pointed out on the said date.
Issue notice of IA No. 3710/2020 to the learned counsel for the respondents.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, particularly keeping in view that State does not dispute the said assertion, let the matters be delinked from the main bunch of cases i.e. WP No. 19126/2019 (Women reservation) and WP No. 19393/2019 (Handicapped reservation) which has been reserved on 13.03.2020.
These matters are adjourned to be listed on 07.04.2020 as prayed.
