(2)Every history-ticket shall contain the following particulars namely :-(a)the name, prison number and other particulars necessary for the identification of the prisoner;(b)a brief entry of every order passed and direction given relating to, and punishment inflicted, on the prisoner; and(c)a brief record of every other occurrence of any importance, affecting the prisoner which takes place while he remains in confinement.
