Section 1 in The Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2007
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2007.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette except the second proviso to sub-rule (1) of rule 3 and proviso to clause (i) of sub-rule (2) of rule 3 which shall come into effect from 1-4-2007.
