5.
For every elephant captured and for every elephant killed, the licence-holder shall pay to the Government in such manner as the District Officer may from time to time, direct, a fee of one hundred rupees :Provided that no fee shall be payable for an elephant killed under a licence granted under the proviso to Rule 2.
