Section 18 in Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018
18. Appointment of Special Officer to a minority school.
- Where the management of any minority school is suspended under sub-section (1) of section 31, the competent authority shall appoint a person belonging to that minority as the Special Officer which has been administering the said minority school, immediately preceding such suspension.
