Section 28 in Wild Life (Protection) Punjab Rules, 1975
28. Declaration.
- Notwithstanding any declaration that a person may have made under sub-section (1) of Section 40, any person who has in his control, custody or possession any animal article or trophy (other than the musk of a musk deer or the horn of rhinoceros) or salted or dried skins derived from an animal specified in schedule I or part II of schedule II shall within thirty days from the commencement of these rules make a declaration in Form No. 11 to the Chief Wild Life Warden or the authorised officer.
