Section 11(3) in Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950
(3)All questions at a meeting of a [Board] [Substituted by Act 63 of 1982, Section 16 and Sch., for " Corporation" (w.e.f. 13.11.1982).] shall be decided by a majority of votes of the members present, and in the case of equality of votes, the Chairman or, in his absence, any other person presiding shall have a second or casting vote.
