Section 297E in Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009
297E. Power to compound offence.
- It shall be competent for the municipality or any officer authorised by it in this behalf to withdraw any prosecution, or to compound any offence committed, under this Chapter on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
