Section 424D(14) in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002
(14)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of the sanctioned scheme, the Tribunal may, on the recommendation of the operating agency or otherwise, by order, do anything, not inconsistent with such provisions, which appears to it to e necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
