2.Upon notice, the first respondent filed a detailed counter affidavit, inter alia stating that the petitioner, a Scheduled Caste candidate, had applied for direct recruitment to the posts included in CSSE-I, 2009-2011 and appeared for the written examination conducted on 30.07.2010 and secured 225.00 marks in the said examination; she was summoned for oral test and she scored 27.00 marks totally, she had obtained 252 (225+27) marks; the qualification of the petitioner is M.Sc (Zoology) and hence, she is not eligible for the post of ASO (Finance) and Junior Co-operative 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/ W.P.No.11764 of 2013 Auditor and ASO cum Programmer; and her date of birth was 05.09.1984 and therefore, she was not summoned for I and IV – AN phase of counselling to Non-oral test and to other phases of counselling. Stating so, the first respondent sought to dismiss this writ petition.
