Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that his nephew was married with the victim and the victim was preparing for matriculation examination at the parents' house when this petitioners and others poisoned her to death. The dead body was recovered from the canal and the postmortem report reflects cause of death due to asphyxia caused by strangulation.

It is submitted that admittedly the informant is not the eye witness to the occurrence and thrust of accusation is against the parents of the victim when the petitioners are agnates of the parents of the victim.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sikarhana at Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 237 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
