- Every licence, written permission, notice or other document, not being a summons or warrant or search warrant, require by this Act or by any rule or regulation made thereunder, to bear the signature of the Commissioner of Police, shall be deemed to be properly signed if it bears a facsimile of his signature stamped thereon.
