Company (in Liqn.), states that an embargo has Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:SAPNA SETHI Signing Date:14.02.2023 14:33:56 been imposed by High Court of Allahabad due to which the Company (in Liqn.) cannot affect the sale of property i.e, a mall located at Greater Noida, the sole asset of Company (in Liqn.).
