27. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, within a period of two years from the commencement of this Act, by order published in the Gazette, make such provisions including adaptations or modifications, if any, of the provisions of this Act not affecting the substance thereof as appears to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
