Section 41(3) in THE COCHIN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1986
(3)Every Ordinance made by the Syndicate shall besubmitted to the Academic Council at its next meeting. TheAcademic Council shall be competent to propose amendmentsto any such Ordinance for the consideration of the Syndicate.The Syndicate shall resubmit the Ordinance at the next meetingof the Academic Council with or without amendments.
