Section 46 in The Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir
46. Legislature for the State.
- There shall be a Legislature for the State which shall consist of the [Governor] [Substituted for 'Sadar-i-Riyasat' by the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir (Sixth Amendment) Act, 1965.] and two Houses to be known respectively as the Legislative Assembly and the Legislative Council.
