Section 17(3)(e) in The Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003

(e)The Medical Officer shall report to the Officer-in-Charge about the happening of unnatural death of a juvenile and see that the body is decently removed to the mortuary.
