(3)Key Plan. - A key plan drawn to a scale of not less than 1 in 10,000 shall be submitted along with the application for permission for a development/building showing the boundary locations of the site with respect to neighbourhood landmarks. The minimum dimension of the key plan shall be not less than 75 mm.
