19. Authorities of the University.
- The following shall be authorities of the University :-(i)the Court;(ii)the Executive Council;[(ii-a) the Finance Committee] [Inserted by M.P. Act No. 23 of 1991.];(iii)the Academic Council;(iv)the Faculties;(v)the Boards of Studies;(vi)Academic Planning and Evaluation Board;(vii)such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
