ORDER
% 03.03.2021 CM APPL. 8520/2021 (for exemption)
1. Allowed, subject to just exceptions and as per extant Rules.
2. The application stands disposed of.
W.P.(C) 2831/2021 & CM APPL. 8519/2021 (for interim relief)
3. The petition impugns the order dated 5th March, 2020 of the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), of dismissal of OA No.3572/2017 preferred by the petitioner. The petitioner has preferred the said OA seeking appointment as TGT (Computer Science) in the Physically Handicapped (PH) category. The petitioner claims that though she succeeded in the selection process but has been denied appointment/further consideration, for the reason of the petitioner, in the application form, having mistakenly applied under the Unreserved (UR) category instead of in the PH category.
4. Counsel for the petitioner contends that in fact the petitioner had applied under the PH category but mistakenly wrote UR along with PH, being of the view that since she did not belong to the SC/ST/OBC category, she was required to describe herself so.
