2. It is noticed that vide RTI application dated 26.2.2010, the appellant had sought information on 19 paras regarding purchase of laptops at location Bangalore in 2007 from Adarsh Enterprises and the matters related therewith. The CPIO had provided para wise information to the appellant vide letter dated 26.4.2010.
3. In the appeal memo filed for the Commission, the appellant has pleaded that the CPIO responded to him with delay of 25 days and, therefore, penal action should be taken against him.
4. It, however, appears to us that the appellant had sought huge information and in the circumstances, this delay is condonable. In the premises, the appeal is dismissed.
